You may pay your City of Longview utility bill in person during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in our lobby or drive thru at City Hall, located at 300 W. Cotton St. For your account protection, all transactions are monitored by audio and video recording.
You will be required to come inside the lobby if:
You do not have a utility bill
Your utility account has been deactivated
You have account questions
You have more than 3 transactions requiring a receipt
Notice: Electronic check conversion
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to either use information from your check to make a 1-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. As such, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
