Rental Rates
The rental rates for the various facilities at the Longview Convention Complex are categorized as Class I- Regular Rates or Class II - Tax Exempt Rates. The Class II - Tax Exempt Rates are awarded after verifiable documentation has been provided denoting an organization’s non-profit or tax exempt status. Events that require admission or entry fees are classified as “ticketed events” and are priced as such in the Maude Cobb Main Hall and the Longview Exhibit Center. Each rental space is rented by the day (8 a.m. – Midnight), with the exception of the Eitelman Conference Room and Activity Rooms which are leased from 8 a.m. – Midnight, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., or 5 p.m. – Midnight. The equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) fees are itemized and are not included in the facility rental rates. These additional fee totals are based on the unique needs of each individual event.
