The Longview Police Department has a para-military structure with the top level of command being the Chief of Police. There is one Assistant Chief and two Captains. There are a total of five (5) Lieutenant positions. Three of those Lieutenants are assigned to the three patrol shifts, one is assigned to the Special Operations Division and one to the Criminal Investigations Bureau.
1st Watch Patrol
Lt. Kendric Montgomery currently supervises this shift.
