WiFi – Free WiFi is available inside the Maude Cobb Convention Center and the Longview Exhibit Center.
Sound System – LCC provides an in house sound system. Both the Maude Cobb Convention Center and the Longview Exhibit Center have a sound box that affords opportunities for radio, CDs, iphone, ipad, and aux input to play sound from computer programs. Microphones are available for a fee. Bands or large music performances will need to provide their own production and sound systems as the speakers at the facilities are not designed for that type of use.
Audio Visual – The Maude Cobb Convention Center offers 4 mounted screens and projectors in the Main Hall and mounted screens and projectors in each classroom.
At the Longview Exhibit Center, we offer a portable screen and portable projector.
Power – The Maude Cobb Convention Center has a power distribution Box available for rent. There is 1 – 100 amp, 208/120 3 pole main breaker with female cam lock receptacles, and 1 – 200 amp, 208/120 3 pole main breaker with female cam lock receptacles in the southwest storage closet. Also available at the Maude Cobb Convention Center are 72 floor plugs and numerous plugs around the perimeter walls. In Bay B of the Longview Exhibit Center, there is a plug that is 250 volts – 50 amps. Also, 110v outlets are available on the perimeter walls along with 110V outlets accessible from the ceiling though out the facility. There is also 110, 30 amp, and 50 amp plugs and water available on the parking lot at the Longview Exhibit Center for vendors and concessionaires.
Loading Docks – There are no loading docks at the Maude Cobb Convention Center or the Longview Exhibit Center. Each facility has overhead doors for load in and load out. The overhead doors at Maude Cobb Convention Center measure 15’ x 12’ and 15’ x 15’. The overhead doors at the Longview Exhibit Center measure: Bay A (south) 10’8” x 11’, Bay A (west) 9’ x 9’, Bay C (west) 9’ x 9’.
