Maude Cobb Convention Center: Kitchen

The spacious and functional catering kitchen allows outside vendors to customize their meal service to feed any event happening in the Convention Center. The kitchen sits at the rear of the Convention Center and allows easy entry and load-in for vendors. Two (2) roll-up concession windows open from the kitchen into the Mall Hall to receive orders and distribute food and beverages.

Equipment offered in this space includes: 

  • two (2) commercial ice machines
  • commercial stove/oven/grill
  • two (2) convection ovens 
  • walk-in refrigerator
  • commercial freezer
  • wash sinks
  • (2) air pot brewers for coffee
  • microwave
  • movable prep tables
