The self defense class meets twice a week for 4 weeks and is taught by 8th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, Joe Wolpert. This is a complete martial arts program designed to help men and women of all ages develop strength, speed, coordination, endurance, and confidence.
You will learn how to block, punch, kick and escape from an assailant using joint manipulation techniques.
These classes are taught at Stamper Park Resource Center, 502 S. Center St.
