History

Heritage Plaza is a Special Use park on 1 acre in downtown Longview.  The plaza was acquired in 2000, and a stage was added in 2017.  The stage was subsequently named after longtime downtown organizer Elaine Reynolds and is home to Downtown Live concert series.  The plaza was built by the Longview Downtown Development Corporation and subsequently donated to the City of the Longview.

Parks are open from 6 a.m. - 11 p.m. unless posted otherwise.
