Parkour for Kids

"Parkour" is the activity of moving rapidly through an area by running, jumping, and climbing. With roots in military obstacle course training and martial arts, parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, and quadrupedal movement. Parkour involves seeing one's environment in a new way and envisioning the potential for creative movement around, across, through, over, and under its features.  Instructor Hannah Waddle of Parkour East Texas instructs kids 7+ how to move creatively at KidsView Playground

Parkour Summer Camp
morning session: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., June 19 - 23
afternoon/evening session:  5 p.m  to 7 p.m., June 19 - 23
$180 per Session, ages 7 to 16
