Wednesday, June 12, 2019

The Longview Public Library will hold seven Summer Reading Club programs at Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Complex this summer, once a week starting June 12th to July 17, 2019. Each program will start at 10:30 a.m. and last approximately one hour, with the exception of the July 4th programs, which will have one program at 11:00 a.m. and one program at noon. Performers from all over the state will come and meet with kids for the FREE Summer Reading Program to entice kids to read. Each program is FREE and appropriate for children of all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Wednesday, June 12th's program will feature the Science Tellers. Kids will be amazed as they help conduct science experiments to bring a story to life! Family members of all ages will enjoy this interactive science and storytelling program.
