Longview Arboretum and Nature Center will hold a free event for the community, Walk the Park, on Sunday, November 15, 2015, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The public is invited to meet in the front parking lot of Maude Cobb Convention Center at 3:00 p.m. and participate in the progressive walk. The event will feature a limited trail with local artists stationed along the path to help cast the vision for Longview Arboretum and what will become of the landscape. Refreshments and children's crafts will also be available. The Longview Arboretum and Nature Center will be located on the land adjacent to the front parking lot of Maude Cobb Convention Center.
