Tina Schmidtke of East Texas Gong & Sound is going to stop by and show us how a sound bath and sound meditation works!
The physical sound and vibration of the gong and bells are powerful, soothing, invigorating, and relaxing.
The sound rhythm allows you to relax into new found areas of your own awareness and mentality, making it a nice mindful moment and healing session for your well being.
Tina recommends you bring a pillow, blanket/yoga mat/beach towel so you can lay out, and get the full relaxing experience.
We’ll also have some watercolor exercises laid out so you can get lost in the meditation and express any feelings and creativity with the paint.
