Are you at a stage in your life where you’re making a move to a smaller living space?
Downsizing happens all the time, and sometimes we don’t know where to start.
Our latest Subjects From the Shelves workshop “How To Downsize Responsibly” will help you figure it out!
October 4, at 10:00 AM, meet with Kate Kombos, an accredited personal property appraiser with the International Society of Appraisers for this informative presentation.
She knows the field from a ground-up level, having established a furniture consignment store in 2003 and taking professional courses in appraising since 2011 from two national appraisal organizations.
As a professional appraiser, she helps you manage your personal property assets by providing a written opinion of value based on market data or consultation if there is no need for a written report.
Kate is also an admitted furniture, art, and book addict who immensely enjoys her work.
Review her website at www.katekombosappraisals.com for additional details.
Presentation is free to attend.
Kate will return to the library on November 3 for another accompanying workshop: “Do I Have Anything of Value?”
