  4. Permit Display Requirement
    Only approved vendors are allowed to sell items at the Longview Christmas Parade. Upon approval of applications, vendors will receive a permit that must be displayed on all locations and/or carts. Approved permits will be available for pickup from 8 a.m. –5 p.m. on the day of the event at Longview Main Street / Longview Convention and Visitors Bureau office within City Hall.
  5. Please include address, city, state, and zip.
  6. Please upload a photo of your driver license for verification. If unable to upload now, will be required to provide copy at time of permit pickup.
  7. Please note: This application is for non-food vendors only.
  8. Please specify whether you are doing a tent or mobile cart, and how many of each. Example: 1 tent or 2 mobile carts.
  9. There is a $50 fee per tent, location, or cart. $50 x Number of Tents or Carts = Total Cost Please calculate and enter your estimated total cost.
  10. Method of Payment
  11. By writing your name in this space, you acknowledge that a criminal history check may be administered. A conviction record will not necessarily bar you from participation, but factors such as date and nature of offense will be considered.
