• Internet Basics

This course is an introduction to web-based applications.  Students will learn how to navigate the Internet through searches and hyperlinks with an emphasis on proper search techniques.  Emphasis on certain operators will be taught to help define Internet searches. and operators to narrow results.  E-mail etiquette, setup, and usage will be introduced.  Other online educational tools and applications are also covered.
